I got in touch with UK Car Glass via…

I got in touch with UK Car Glass via the website and filled in the details required (it was out of office hours) the following morning I received a text around 8am. The quote was almost £500 cheaper then the big national company. I accepted the quote via the link and made payment. Within 10 minutes my order had gone through and a technician had been assigned to me. Got a call from the technician asked if I was free that afternoon which I was so it worked out great for me. Arrived promptly at 1.45pm and had finished by around 2.20pm. I would highly recommend UK Car Glass. Really impressed with the speed of the service received. My student has a driving test booked for Monday and the examiners will not take a car out on test with the size of cracked I had on my Ford Focus (23 plate) once again thank you.

Excellent Customer Service and Great Job

After an on-going issue with Autoglass, who appeared unwilling and unable to source a new windscreen under my insurance policy, it was agreed that I could source this windscreen through another company. I read the positive reviews for UK Car Glass and they did not disappoint. They sourced the windscreen within a day and 2 days later attended to fit and calibrate the windscreen at my home. Took Ryan and Martin c. 90 minutes to complete the fitting at my home address. Very neat, tidy and efficient job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. It is just a shame that this company is not affiliated with insurance companies as the service they provide is one that other companies should aspire to.

Highly Recommended

I thought I had windscreen cover through my insurance but was notified by Autoglass that wasn't the case. Autoglass wanted to charge me £639 to replace my windscreen with a 4 day wait and it would require me to drive 30 miles to their site. I looked elsewhere and came across UK car glass who offered a mobile service for £331, they even called out next working day, at this time of year I was so happy. I received a call from SilverScreen who I presume do all the work for UK car glass on the day at 10am, it was actually raining so they said they would and try and get here later in the day, turned up (2 men) at 2:30pm, changed my windscreen within 30 minutes. 1 year warranty is included, couldn't be happier

First Class Experience

After contacting ukglass on Easter Sunday regarding my shattered rear window on their website I had an email immediately that an estimated appointment would be Thursday which I was quite happy with. Being a long weekend because of Easter I received an email on Tuesday confirming my appointment then a text message too. Then I received a phone call from Richard at 9.30 am saying they had my window was in stock and that they could fix it that day much to my delight. By 4.15pm I had my window in. The whole experience I received was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ford Ka Windscreen Replacement Jan 2021 UK Car Glass

Very efficient service. An engineer turned up at the appointed time. Due to adverse weather it was agreed to postpone the job by a day. The next day I was kept fully informed of the arrival time and the job was completed within an hour to a high standard. I was advised not to drive for an hour or so and now have a very clear strong windscreen without a crack with the driver mirror securely in place. The engineer was very friendly, wore a mask and efficiently completed the job. I am happy to recommend for anyone looking for similar work.

Windscreen Replacement

Had to get my windscreen replaced and got quotes from the 3 main companies, UK Car Glass were the cheapest and the quickest. Booked online on Sunday and had a technician assigned for Tuesday all very easy. Received a call Tuesday morning letting me know what time the technician would be there and a call from the Technician when he arrived at my car and 45 mins later it was all done perfectly. Very happy with the service.

My guy Richard was brilliant

My guy Richard was brilliant. Was alot quicker than I thought. I had a passenger door window replaced due to a break in. He removed all the glass from inside the door, tested it, cleaned it. Appointment was next day after booking. I had a 9-5 appointment, he was here by midday.....excellent service, have kept number for future use, no doubt I'll be calling again soon.

Amazing experience with UK Car Glass.

Amazing experience with UK Car Glass. My windscreen cracked and when looking on other sites the prices were outrageous. UK Car Glass had a price £300 cheaper than Autoglass and I managed to get booked in the very next day. Trevor arrived early in the morning and was very friendly and professional.
