The SsangYong Musso has been produced in various generations since 1995, evolving from a basic utility vehicle into a more refined model over the decades. The windscreen has remained a laminated component throughout production, with all modern variants featuring a blue sun strip across the top to reduce glare.
From the early 2000s onwards, higher-specification models began to introduce additional features such as solar-control glazing, heated windscreens, and rain sensors. These enhancements improve comfort and convenience, but they do affect replacement complexity and parts sourcing.
