Poor choice of fitters

You as a company are ok, the company that did my screen left it with all my trims in the boot, no wiper motor fitted as the fitter said he couldnt get the arm off the motor! Despite him saying he needs the motor to fit the screen he fitted it anyway and guess what the motor doesnt fit it fouls the glass ! Contacted them directly and was told it was highly unlikely to get anyone back out this week ! As the glass will need to come back out to line the motor up correctly !! Poor service from your chosen fitters !!
