About the Volkswagen Golf Plus
The Volkswagen Golf Plus served the compact MPV segment from 2005 through 2013, offering owners a practical, spacious alternative to the standard Golf hatchback. Early models carried straightforward laminated windscreens with basic trim, while later variants from around 2009 onwards introduced solar-control glass to reduce cabin heat and improve comfort.

All Golf Plus windscreens feature encapsulation — the rubber gasket is bonded directly to the glass at manufacture — so replacement involves fitting the glass-plus-trim as a single unit.
