I accidental knocked off a star

I accidental knocked off a star. I’ve nota written a review before- it should be 5 stars. You get a 2 hour time slot on the day your windscreen is going to be replaced and they turned up within time. They are so much cheaper than auto glass. Save your money and go with UK car glass

Booked and paid online but they didn't know my phone number or have the correct glass.

Booked and paid online. Thursday, the morning of my appointment, I got a text telling me that the technician would ring 30 mins before arrival. At 4.30 he turned up at my door saying that the jobs had been mixed up and that he did not have my phone number. He also did not have the correct glass. He prepped the window and made good with plastic and told me that he would be back Saturday morning. He did phone and finished the job Saturday morning. I do not understand why I booked and paid for the glass I needed, yet the technician didn’t have this or my phone number yet he came to my address unannounced.
