Peugeot Partner windscreen price, by year

Pricing varies with generation, ADAS equipment, and glass specification. Early Partner models without driver assistance systems are typically the most affordable to replace. Later generations with solar-control coatings, acoustic glass (identified by Peugeot's L3P option code), or front-camera systems carry higher replacement costs — particularly when calibration is required after fitting.

Very Happy Customer

I needed a rear windscreen for my Peugeot after some swine decided to smash the previous one and the process could not have been simpler. The website was very easy to use and a full price was displayed within moments. Having decided to go ahead, I was phoned the next day by the local company to arrange the fit and Simon the fitter turned up bang on time. He completed the job quickly and without fuss, and I could not have been happier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend UK Car Glass.

Friendly and professional

Excellent service all the way through. Easy to use website with a follow up call asking for any specifics. The Fitter was professional and friendly and arrived when arranged. Windscreen was fitted quickly but not with haste and a good job was done for a decent price. I would recommend UK Car Glass to others and, in the nicest possible way, hope I never have to use them again.

Had to replace the windscreen on our 18 year old car

Had to replace the windscreen on our 18 year old car because it had become dangerous due to thousands of micro chips. The low winter sun made it impossible to see out of. Searching online found UK Car Glass. The price was reasonable and I made an online booking for 2 days later. Unfortunately due to storms a nice lady from the company phoned me and asked if we could postpone fitting for 2 days till the weather cleared which was no problem. The fitter turned up as promised and the job was done within half an hour. Overall a good experience. UK Car Glass appear to be a nationwide company who sub contract to existing windscreen fitting companies. In view of this it may be worthwhile directly contacting a local firm first to check their pricing as it's possible they may be a bit cheaper because their won't be a middleman. However, I've no complaints. Ease of booking, communication etc is excellent.

Polite, prompt and efficient. Contacted Uk Car Glass and autoglass for quotes, autoglass were suppose to call with in a window and they didn’t, by the time they contacted me the job had been done.

Very happy with UK car glass

Very happy with UK car glass. They offered the lowest quote and an online booking service. After an initial confirmation email, I heard nothing further for a week, so I called to check that my car was still booked in for a new windscreen. I was informed that it was and they would be in touch to confirm the ETA. The team kept me informed over the weekend, the technician called and updated me again on the day, and arrived when he said he would. The screen was changed efficiently and the technician was polite and helpful. I would use the company again and recommend UK car glass to others.

What to expect during your Peugeot Partner windscreen replacement

Complete your booking in under two minutes — we'll match you with a trusted local technician in your area.

  3. 3

Our team runs a parts check to confirm the exact windscreen specification (tint, features, trim type) before the fitting day.

  4. 4

Your fitter attends at your chosen location — mobile at home or at a workshop — and replaces the glass in typically 45–90 minutes.

  5. 5

If your model has a front camera, static calibration is completed on the day using specialist diagnostic equipment.

  6. 6

Your fitter confirms the minimum drive-away time before leaving, and you're covered by our two-year warranty on workmanship and glass quality.

From quote to finished job, you're supported by our network of vetted technicians and backed by a comprehensive warranty.

Mobile fitting or workshop visit for your Partner?

Most Peugeot Partner windscreen replacements can be fitted at your home or workplace on a mobile basis. However, if your model is equipped with a front camera (part of Drive Assist Plus), calibration is required after the glass is fitted.

When calibration is needed, the entire job — replacement and calibration together — is carried out at a workshop using specialist diagnostic equipment. We don't split the job across locations because keeping both steps in one visit ensures the safety-critical calibration is completed properly.

We confirm the specific answer for your vehicle when you book.

  • Green8
    2001–2026

On the Peugeot Partner: fitted on 8 of the 12 windscreen variants we list (67%); model years 2001–2026.

    What it means

A subtle green tint in the glass that reduces light transmission and glare, standard on most modern vehicles.

    On your Peugeot Partner

Common across Partner generations; your replacement will match the tint of your original glass.

  • Solar Control8
    2001–2026

On the Peugeot Partner: fitted on 8 of the 12 windscreen variants we list (67%); model years 2001–2026.

    What it means

A special coating that absorbs the sun's infrared rays, helping keep the cabin cooler and reducing air-conditioning load.

    On your Peugeot Partner

Increasingly common on modern Partner variants as a standard or optional feature; confirmed at the parts check.

  • Vin Notch8
    2008–2026

On the Peugeot Partner: fitted on 8 of the 12 windscreen variants we list (67%); model years 2008–2026.

    What it means

A box along the bottom of the windscreen displaying the vehicle's chassis number (VIN).

    On your Peugeot Partner

Present on the vast majority of Partner models — confirmed during the parts check after booking.

  • Clear4
    1997–2018Calibration varies by vehicle

On the Peugeot Partner: fitted on 4 of the 12 windscreen variants we list (33%); model years 1997–2018; calibration varies by vehicle.

Clear windscreen glass has no tint; most cars have a slight tint as standard.

    What it means

A clear windscreen contains no added tint layer. Most modern windscreens incorporate a subtle tint (typically blue, green, grey or bronze) as standard to reduce glare, provide UV protection, and improve cabin comfort. A genuinely clear windscreen is the absence of this tint. Clear glass is less common than tinted variants and is sometimes specified for aesthetic or operational reasons, though the tint difference is usually imperceptible to the naked eye.

    How to tell

Lower your side window halfway and hold a white piece of paper behind it. If you see a noticeable colour cast (blue, green, grey or bronze) in the side glass, your windscreen has the same tint. You can also ask your vehicle's dealership or service centre to confirm the windscreen specification in your service records.

    Replacement impact

Clear windscreen replacement uses the same installation process as any other windscreen. No special calibration or extended cure time applies. Sourcing is straightforward — clear glass is widely available as an aftermarket replacement. Installation time and drive-away restrictions follow standard windscreen replacement timings. If your vehicle has ADAS features (forward-facing camera or radar), calibration may be required after replacement depending on your specific vehicle; we confirm this when we look up your car details.

Calibration mix across our Peugeot variants

    • 4None

We confirm the exact procedure for your specific vehicle when you book.

  • Rain Sensor4
    2008–2026No calibration after replacement

On the Peugeot Partner: fitted on 4 of the 12 windscreen variants we list (33%); model years 2008–2026; no calibration after replacement.

    What it means

An automatic wiper activation system that detects rainfall and triggers the wipers without driver input.

    On your Peugeot Partner

Fitted on later Partner models and higher-specification trims; your fitter will confirm if your variant has this feature.

  • Coating3
    1997–2018

On the Peugeot Partner: fitted on 3 of the 12 windscreen variants we list (25%); model years 1997–2018.

Coated windscreens have a blue or purple tint and protect your car from UV rays and heat.

    What it means

A coated windscreen has a special protective layer applied to the glass that appears as a blue or purple tint and often reflects a silvery-blue colour in bright sunlight. This coating is designed to reduce the amount of ultraviolet (UV) radiation and solar heat that enters the vehicle, helping to keep the interior cooler and protecting upholstery and dashboard components from UV damage and fading. The coating is integral to the glass and doesn't require any special maintenance from you.

    How to tell

Look at your windscreen in bright daylight — a coated windscreen will show a distinct blue or purple tint and a silvery-blue reflection when the sun hits it directly. Check your vehicle's service booklet or window sticker (usually on the driver's door jamb), which may list the glass specification. Alternatively, ask your dealership or service centre to confirm whether your windscreen carries a UV or heat-rejection coating.

    Replacement impact

When replacing a coated windscreen, the replacement glass must match the original specification — including the coating type and tint level — to maintain the same UV and heat protection and to preserve the vehicle's interior aesthetics. Original-equipment or equivalent aftermarket coated glass is sourced to specification. The coating is applied during glass manufacture; no post-fit treatment is required. Fitting and cure times are unaffected by the presence of the coating.

  • Acoustic (Noise reduction)2
    2018–2026

On the Peugeot Partner: fitted on 2 of the 12 windscreen variants we list (17%); model years 2018–2026.

    What it means

A specialist laminated windscreen with sound-dampening properties, identified by Peugeot's L3P option code, that reduces road and engine noise inside the cabin.

    On your Peugeot Partner

Check your infotainment menu or look for the word 'Acoustic' or 'SoundScreen' printed in one of the corners of the glass. Rare but available on select Partner models.

  • Camera2
    2018–2026Calibration varies by vehicle

On the Peugeot Partner: fitted on 2 of the 12 windscreen variants we list (17%); model years 2018–2026; calibration varies by vehicle.

    What it means

A front-facing camera integrated into the windscreen area that powers Peugeot's Drive Assist Plus safety suite, requiring calibration after replacement.

    On your Peugeot Partner

Look for a triangular shape in the black-tinted area near the rear-view mirror if you have this feature. Modern Drive Assist Plus-equipped Partners carry a front camera.

  • Bracket For Safety Features1
    2018–2026Calibration varies by vehicle

On the Peugeot Partner: fitted on 1 of the 12 windscreen variants we list (8%); model years 2018–2026; calibration varies by vehicle.

The moulded trim that surrounds your camera and sensor cluster at the top of the windscreen, typically transferred or supplied with replacement glass.

    What it means

A bracket for safety features is the moulded plastic or composite shroud that sits at the top of the windscreen, framing and protecting the camera and sensor cluster mounted behind the rear-view mirror. This trim cover houses forward-facing driver-assistance cameras and sensors — equipment that monitors the road ahead for lane-keeping, collision warning, adaptive cruise control, and similar safety functions. The bracket itself is part of the vehicle's structural frame, but the trim cover you see is what protects and aesthetically integrates the technology into the windscreen area.

    How to tell

Look at the top centre of your windscreen, just above or around the rear-view mirror. If you see a dark moulded shroud or trim panel — often rectangular or tapered — with a visible lens or sensor window, your vehicle has a bracket for safety features. Your service history or handbook will list any ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) technologies fitted. Ask your dealer or service centre if your vehicle has forward-facing cameras or sensors; if it does, you have a bracket for safety features.

    Replacement impact

On windscreen replacement, the trim cover is typically transferred from your old glass to the new one, or supplied pre-integrated with the replacement depending on the variant. This means minimal disruption to your safety system during the swap. However, if the bracket requires recalibration after glass replacement — which depends on your specific vehicle and camera type — the job may require static calibration (using a target board) or dynamic calibration (a road drive). We confirm the exact calibration procedure when we look up your vehicle.

  • Heated Windscreen1
    2018–2026

On the Peugeot Partner: fitted on 1 of the 12 windscreen variants we list (8%); model years 2018–2026.

Heated windscreens use embedded wires to quickly clear ice and condensation in cold weather.

    What it means

A heated windscreen is integrated with a fine mesh of electrical wires embedded within the glass itself. When activated, these wires generate heat to warm the windscreen surface, helping to rapidly clear frost, ice, and condensation during cold or damp conditions. This feature improves visibility and safety in winter driving and reduces reliance on engine heat and demister air, which can be slower on very cold mornings.

    How to tell

Check your vehicle's handbook or contact your dealership service centre — they can confirm whether your model includes this feature. Look for a dashboard symbol (usually a windscreen icon with heat waves) when you activate the function, or check your infotainment settings for a heating or climate option linked to the windscreen. Some vehicles have a dedicated button on the stalk or console.

    Replacement impact

Heated windscreens require replacement glass to be of the correct heated specification — standard unheated glass cannot be fitted. The replacement glass must be sourced to match your vehicle's exact heated-wire configuration. Installation is straightforward, though the technician will confirm the heating element is functioning correctly after fitting. No calibration is required for this feature.

  • Night Vision Camera1
    2018–2026Bespoke calibration

On the Peugeot Partner: fitted on 1 of the 12 windscreen variants we list (8%); model years 2018–2026; bespoke calibration.

Infrared camera system that helps drivers see further ahead in darkness, fitted to the windscreen or body panel.

    What it means

A night vision camera uses infrared or thermal imaging to detect heat signatures and objects beyond the range of standard headlights, displaying a live feed on the dashboard display. The system allows drivers to see pedestrians, animals, and road hazards in low-light and night-time conditions with greater clarity and reaction time. It's a premium safety feature found on higher-specification vehicles, designed to supplement — not replace — standard headlights and driver attention.

    How to tell

Check your vehicle's infotainment display for a 'Night Vision' or 'Thermal Camera' menu option. Look for a small camera lens mounted on the front grille, bumper, or windscreen (often near the top centre). Your handbook will list it under driver-assistance features. Ask your dealer or service centre if you're unsure whether your model is fitted.

    Replacement impact

If the camera is mounted to the windscreen, a replacement requires the matching bracket and optical cut-out to be incorporated into the new glass. The system typically requires calibration after fitting to ensure accurate targeting and display alignment. Calibration procedures vary by vehicle make and model — we confirm the exact procedure when we look up your specific vehicle. This may affect scheduling and may require workshop-based fitting.

About the Peugeot Partner

The Peugeot Partner has been in continuous production since 1997, evolving through multiple generations as a practical light commercial vehicle. Windscreen specifications vary significantly across its model range, with most variants carrying a VIN notch along the bottom and many featuring green-tinted glass as standard.

Modern Partner models from the mid-2010s onwards increasingly feature encapsulated trim (bonded directly to the glass), solar-control glass to reduce cabin heat, and rain sensors for automatic wiper activation. Later generations introduced front-facing cameras as part of Peugeot's Drive Assist Plus safety suite, which requires specialist calibration after windscreen replacement.

Frequently asked questions

The questions customers ask us most often.

You don't need to know. Our online widget asks a few quick questions — make, model, year, and a couple of feature details — to narrow the variant down. Once booked, our parts check team verifies the exact specification against your VIN before the job is dispatched.

Almost always, yes, where a forward-facing camera is fitted. The technicians in our network include ADAS-calibration-certified specialists — we confirm whether your job needs a workshop or can complete on your driveway when we book.

Your replacement glass matches your original factory specification — same size, features and trim fitment as the glass the car left the factory with. It's UK-approved for the road and typically supplied by tier-1 manufacturers like Pilkington, Saint-Gobain, and AGC.

OEM-branded glass (with the vehicle-maker logo) is available on request at a higher price.

Most windscreen replacements happen at your chosen location — home, office, or car park. Some jobs are better suited to a workshop — for example, windscreens with ADAS cameras needing static calibration, or where access to power, shelter, or controlled conditions makes the work safer indoors. We let you know when we confirm your booking.

Most windscreen replacements take 45–90 minutes of the technician's time. ADAS calibration extends the technician's time on the job, but cure time runs in parallel — so it doesn't usually delay when you can drive. Your technician will confirm exact timings on the day.

Most UK comprehensive policies include glass cover, typically with an excess of £75–£100. If your insurer is on our approved list, the specialist you're matched with bills them directly and you just pay the excess.

Otherwise you can pay UK Car Glass directly and claim back from your insurer — our all-inclusive price is often lower than the excess anyway, so paying direct can work out cheaper.

Two years on workmanship defects — water leaks, wind noise, bonding failures — from the date of replacement. If the specialist's work isn't right, we arrange to put it right under the warranty process.

If your Partner is equipped with Peugeot's Drive Assist Plus front-camera system, yes — static calibration using specialist diagnostic equipment is required after the windscreen is fitted. This is a safety-critical step that takes place the same day as the replacement. The technician will confirm whether your specific variant carries this system during the quote process.

Most modern Peugeot Partners have a subtle green tint as standard; true clear windscreens are less common. The tint reduces glare and light transmission but is often so faint that owners don't notice it. Your replacement will automatically match the original tint of your vehicle — confirmed during the parts check.

Encapsulation means the rubber or polymer trim is already bonded to the glass at the factory, so your replacement arrives as one complete unit. This is increasingly standard on modern Partner models. Your fitter simply bonds the entire panel into place — no separate trim fitting required.

A standard windscreen replacement typically takes 45–90 minutes of the fitter's time, depending on your specific Partner variant and whether camera calibration is needed. If calibration is required, the technician will spend longer on-site to complete it. Your fitter will confirm the expected duration and minimum drive-away time before starting the job.
