The Lexus RX 300 was in production from 2003 to 2006, establishing itself as one of Japan's earliest mainstream luxury SUVs. Its windscreen comes fitted as standard with green-tinted laminated glass, a rain sensor for automatic wiper activation, and a VIN notch along the bottom edge.
Most variants also feature a heated wiper rest area to assist with defrosting. Some higher-specification models include acoustic glass for noise reduction, or a heated windscreen element built into the laminate. A small number of variants carry a subtle green sun strip at the top to reduce glare from above.
Because the RX 300 predates widespread camera-based driver assistance systems, windscreen replacement is straightforward — no ADAS calibration is required, and mobile fitting at your address is the standard approach.
