Go DIRECT and get it alot cheaper

this is a middle man organisation. the first quote i got was for over £500, the second quote £377. when the local chap arrived, i realised i'd been duped. and could have paid only £200 for the same job. UK Car Glass pay for advertising, so they come up top of the search, but if you are more discerning and have a little patience, you'll find a local tradesman who will do the job DIRECT. maybe then you save some money, and give him a tip and cut out the middle men. I think UK car glass are based in South Africa and are raking it in for being middle men. not cool
