The Fiat 500 has been in continuous production since 2007, evolving through distinct generations with the modern F-generation arriving in 2013. Windscreens across all generations feature a green-tinted laminate as standard, with nearly all variants carrying an encapsulated rubber gasket pre-bonded to the glass edges.
From the mid-2010s onwards, higher-spec models began to include acoustic noise-reduction glass, solar-control coating, and rain sensors — features now common on newer variants. The most recent models, particularly the 2026 500e, introduced Fiat's Co-Driver ADAS system, which uses forward-facing cameras for driver assistance and lane-keeping support.
When ADAS is fitted, windscreen replacement triggers camera recalibration to restore the system's accuracy — this is handled by specialists on our network, either mobile or at a workshop depending on the technician's setup.
