The Chevrolet Trailblazer has been in production since 2002, evolving through multiple generations as a compact to mid-size SUV. Early models came with straightforward laminated windscreens, whilst later generations introduced green-tinted glass and sun-strip technology as standard.
From the 2020s onwards, most Trailblazers equipped with Chevy Safety Assist include a forward-facing camera mounted to the windscreen, which requires recalibration after glass replacement to ensure safety features like Automatic Emergency Braking and Forward Collision Alert function correctly. This makes the fit slightly longer than non-equipped models, but the calibration runs in parallel with adhesive cure, so drive-away time remains straightforward.
