Seat Arona windscreen price, by year

Prices vary primarily by ADAS calibration requirement — models without camera systems are more straightforward, while camera-equipped variants need post-replacement calibration, which extends technician time and may require a workshop location. Acoustic and encapsulation features are fitted across all Arona variants in our catalogue, so they don't create additional price variation.

More professional than autoglass

Polite, prompt and efficient. Contacted Uk Car Glass and autoglass for quotes, autoglass were suppose to call with in a window and they didn’t, by the time they contacted me the job had been done.

Very happy with UK car glass

Very happy with UK car glass. They offered the lowest quote and an online booking service. After an initial confirmation email, I heard nothing further for a week, so I called to check that my car was still booked in for a new windscreen. I was informed that it was and they would be in touch to confirm the ETA. The team kept me informed over the weekend, the technician called and updated me again on the day, and arrived when he said he would. The screen was changed efficiently and the technician was polite and helpful. I would use the company again and recommend UK car glass to others.

What to expect during your Seat Arona windscreen replacement

Booking your Arona windscreen replacement through UK Car Glass is a simple four-stage process.

  1. 1

Complete a guided online quote using our widget — takes about a minute and identifies which of the five Arona variants matches your car's features.

  2. 2

Review your instant quote and proceed to checkout to secure your booking — the entire process takes under two minutes.

  3. 3

Our parts check team verifies your glass specification (acoustic, encapsulation, camera bracket) and matches you with a specialist in your area.

  4. 4

On fitting day, the technician arrives with your matched glass. If your model includes a camera system, calibration is completed after the glass is set — your fitter will confirm your drive-away time before leaving.

  5. 5

Two-year warranty covers workmanship, the glass itself, and any issues traceable to the replacement.

Our network of approved fitters handles the installation, and you're supported throughout by UKCG's parts and booking teams.

Mobile fitting or workshop visit for your Arona?

Most Seat Arona windscreen replacements can be arranged as a mobile visit to your home or workplace. However, if your model includes a forward-facing camera system, the replacement requires static calibration with target boards after the glass is fitted — this must be done at a workshop in a controlled environment, so the entire job is scheduled there rather than split across locations.

Your fitter confirms whether calibration is needed when you're matched with them. If required, they'll book you into an appropriate workshop facility as part of your booking.

  • Acoustic (Noise reduction)5
    2017–2026

On the Seat Arona: fitted on every one of the 5 windscreen variants we list; model years 2017–2026.

    What it means

Acoustic laminated glass reduces road and wind noise, confirmed by the word 'Acoustic' or the ear symbol printed in one corner.

    On your Seat Arona

Standard on all Seat Arona windscreens in our catalogue — confirmed during your online quote.

  • Green5
    2017–2026

On the Seat Arona: fitted on every one of the 5 windscreen variants we list; model years 2017–2026.

    What it means

A subtle green tint in the windscreen glass that reduces solar heat and glare — often hard to spot because the tint is light, but it's present.

    On your Seat Arona

Standard across all Arona windscreens in our catalogue — confirmed during your online quote.

  • Vin Notch5
    2017–2026

On the Seat Arona: fitted on every one of the 5 windscreen variants we list; model years 2017–2026.

A printed VIN reference box along the bottom edge of your windscreen helps identify your vehicle's chassis number at a glance.

    What it means

A VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) notch is a small printed or etched box positioned along the lower edge of the windscreen that displays your vehicle's chassis number. This reference marking is a manufacturing and administrative feature, allowing quick visual identification of the vehicle without needing to consult documents. It's particularly useful for service records, insurance claims, and vehicle registration purposes. The notch itself doesn't affect the structural integrity or safety performance of the glass.

    How to tell

Look along the bottom edge of your windscreen — typically in one of the lower corners — for a small rectangular box containing printed digits or characters. If you're uncertain, check your vehicle's service handbook or ask your dealership or service centre to confirm whether your model includes this feature.

    Replacement impact

When your windscreen is replaced, the new glass will retain the VIN notch printed or etched by the manufacturer. This is a standard feature on replacement windscreens for compatible vehicles and requires no additional work or adjustment. The notch does not affect glass fitting, cure time, or any post-replacement calibration procedures.

  • Rain Sensor3
    2017–2026No calibration after replacement

On the Seat Arona: fitted on 3 of the 5 windscreen variants we list (60%); model years 2017–2026; no calibration after replacement.

    What it means

An optical sensor mounted behind the windscreen that automatically activates your wipers when it detects rain, adjusting speed based on rainfall intensity.

    On your Seat Arona

Fitted to most recent Arona variants; early 2017 models may not have this feature — your quote will confirm whether yours does.

  • Camera1
    2022–2026Calibration varies by vehicle

On the Seat Arona: fitted on 1 of the 5 windscreen variants we list (20%); model years 2022–2026; calibration varies by vehicle.

    What it means

A forward-facing camera mounted in the black field above the rear-view mirror, part of the driver assistance system for lane-keeping and collision warnings.

    On your Seat Arona

Only the newest Arona variants in our catalogue include this; you'll see one or two triangular black shapes in the mounting area behind the mirror if fitted. If present, static calibration is required after windscreen replacement.

About the Seat Arona

The Seat Arona has been in continuous production since 2017, offering a compact crossover positioned between the Ibiza hatchback and the larger Tarraco. All current Arona windscreens feature acoustic laminated glass, encapsulation, and a green tint as standard — these are not optional upgrades.

Most variants include rain sensors for automatic wiper activation, though early 2017 models may differ. Only the latest variants in our catalogue include a forward-facing camera system behind the windscreen for driver assistance, which requires static calibration after replacement.
