The Mercedes-Benz EQV is a fully electric van launched in 2019, combining the practicality of a commercial vehicle with zero-emission technology. All EQV windscreens feature a green-tinted laminate with integrated rain sensors, solar-control coating to manage cabin heat, and an encapsulated rubber gasket pre-bonded to the glass edges for a sealed fit.
From 2022 onwards, newer EQV variants began receiving windscreen-mounted camera systems as part of Mercedes' Driver Assistance Package, integrating functions like lane-keeping assistance and collision warning. This means calibration of the front camera becomes necessary after replacement on camera-equipped models.
