Audi SQ6 e-tron windscreen price, by year

Price variation on the SQ6 e-tron is minimal because both active variants in our catalogue share the same core glass specification — acoustic lamination, camera bracket, rain sensor, and VIN notch are standard across the range. The only difference is whether a variant includes the optional head-up display, which adds complexity to the windscreen optical geometry and may influence calibration requirements.

CADAS calibration is required on all models and is factored into the fitting cost, so no surprise additional charges apply.

Year Price range Quote
2026 £867 — £1,002 Price my 2026
2025 £867 — £1,002 Price my 2025

The displayed range is an indicator — the final price is produced by the quote form after you confirm your variant. Older Audi SQ6 e-tron models can still be booked.

Had to replace the windscreen on our 18 year old car

Had to replace the windscreen on our 18 year old car because it had become dangerous due to thousands of micro chips. The low winter sun made it impossible to see out of. Searching online found UK Car Glass. The price was reasonable and I made an online booking for 2 days later. Unfortunately due to storms a nice lady from the company phoned me and asked if we could postpone fitting for 2 days till the weather cleared which was no problem. The fitter turned up as promised and the job was done within half an hour. Overall a good experience. UK Car Glass appear to be a nationwide company who sub contract to existing windscreen fitting companies. In view of this it may be worthwhile directly contacting a local firm first to check their pricing as it's possible they may be a bit cheaper because their won't be a middleman. However, I've no complaints. Ease of booking, communication etc is excellent.

More professional than autoglass

Polite, prompt and efficient. Contacted Uk Car Glass and autoglass for quotes, autoglass were suppose to call with in a window and they didn’t, by the time they contacted me the job had been done.

Very happy with UK car glass

Very happy with UK car glass. They offered the lowest quote and an online booking service. After an initial confirmation email, I heard nothing further for a week, so I called to check that my car was still booked in for a new windscreen. I was informed that it was and they would be in touch to confirm the ETA. The team kept me informed over the weekend, the technician called and updated me again on the day, and arrived when he said he would. The screen was changed efficiently and the technician was polite and helpful. I would use the company again and recommend UK car glass to others.

  3. 3

  5. 5

You're given a confirmed drive-away time by the fitter before they leave.

  6. 6

Your replacement is covered by a two-year warranty on workmanship and glass quality.

The whole process, from booking to completion, is hassle-free and backed by our network of trusted local technicians.

Mobile fitting or workshop visit for your SQ6 e-tron?

All SQ6 e-tron windscreen replacements require static camera calibration after fitting. Because calibration equipment is most reliably accessed at a workshop, most jobs are scheduled at a workshop location rather than mobile at your home.

Your fitter will complete both the glass replacement and calibration in a single visit — typically within a couple of hours — and you'll be given a confirmed drive-away time before they leave. If you'd prefer a mobile appointment and have a technician in the network who can handle calibration on your driveway, this is possible on a case-by-case basis; mention your preference during booking.

We confirm the specific answer for your vehicle when you book.

About the Audi SQ6 e-tron

The Audi SQ6 e-tron is a brand-new electric performance saloon launched in 2025, built on Audi's PPE (Premium Platform Electric) architecture. From launch, all variants come equipped with advanced driver-assistance features and a front camera system integrated behind the windscreen to support adaptive cruise, active lane assist, and traffic sign recognition.

Every SQ6 e-tron windscreen is laminated with acoustic interlayers to reduce road and wind noise — a standard feature reflecting the model's premium positioning and the quieter running characteristics of its electric powertrain. The windscreen also carries a green tint typical of modern Audi glazing, a rain sensor for automatic wiper activation, and a VIN notch along the bottom edge for identification.

Half of the active variants in our catalogue include a head-up display projecting the speedometer onto the windscreen. Because all SQ6 e-tron models feature camera-dependent ADAS, windscreen replacement requires static camera calibration after fitting — this is completed by the technician as part of the job and does not extend your drive-away time.

Frequently asked questions

The questions customers ask us most often.

You don't need to know. Our online widget asks a few quick questions — make, model, year, and a couple of feature details — to narrow the variant down. Once booked, our parts check team verifies the exact specification against your VIN before the job is dispatched.

Almost always, yes, where a forward-facing camera is fitted. The technicians in our network include ADAS-calibration-certified specialists — we confirm whether your job needs a workshop or can complete on your driveway when we book.

Your replacement glass matches your original factory specification — same size, features and trim fitment as the glass the car left the factory with. It's UK-approved for the road and typically supplied by tier-1 manufacturers like Pilkington, Saint-Gobain, and AGC.

OEM-branded glass (with the vehicle-maker logo) is available on request at a higher price.

Most windscreen replacements happen at your chosen location — home, office, or car park. Some jobs are better suited to a workshop — for example, windscreens with ADAS cameras needing static calibration, or where access to power, shelter, or controlled conditions makes the work safer indoors. We let you know when we confirm your booking.

Most windscreen replacements take 45–90 minutes of the technician's time. ADAS calibration extends the technician's time on the job, but cure time runs in parallel — so it doesn't usually delay when you can drive. Your technician will confirm exact timings on the day.

Most UK comprehensive policies include glass cover, typically with an excess of £75–£100. If your insurer is on our approved list, the specialist you're matched with bills them directly and you just pay the excess.

Otherwise you can pay UK Car Glass directly and claim back from your insurer — our all-inclusive price is often lower than the excess anyway, so paying direct can work out cheaper.

Two years on workmanship defects — water leaks, wind noise, bonding failures — from the date of replacement. If the specialist's work isn't right, we arrange to put it right under the warranty process.

The front camera behind the windscreen is integral to Audi's adaptive cruise, lane-keeping, and intelligent headlight systems. When the windscreen is replaced, the camera's alignment to the vehicle can shift microscopically, so recalibration ensures these safety systems remain accurate and responsive.

Static calibration is performed by your technician after the glass is fitted and takes place as part of the job; it doesn't extend your drive-away time because the adhesive cure and calibration run in parallel.

Yes — acoustic laminated glass is standard across all SQ6 e-tron variants from 2025 onwards. This reflects the model's premium positioning and the silent, refined character of the electric powertrain. There's no option to downgrade to standard non-acoustic glass.

Your replacement windscreen is covered for two years from the date of fitting against workmanship defects (fit, seal, adhesive bond) and manufacturer defects in the glass itself. If a leak or quality issue develops within this period, contact UKCG with photos and details, and we'll arrange remediation.

The warranty doesn't cover external damage (stone chips, accidents), pre-existing corrosion in the vehicle's frame, or damage caused by driving off before your confirmed minimum drive-away time.

Most SQ6 e-tron replacements are scheduled at a workshop because static camera calibration is required and is best performed in a controlled environment with proper lighting and target boards. However, if a technician in our network near you has mobile calibration capability, mobile fitting may be possible — mention your location and preference during booking and we'll confirm availability.
