Replacement Windscreen

My windscreen had to be replaced so I sent a message to UK Glass and received a very prompt reply with an estimate of costs. I couldn't get immediate service because it was a bank holiday weekend but I explained that I needed the car as early as possible on the Tuesday so that I could go to work. There was a technician at my gates at 8.00 am on Tuesday, the screen was replaced without fuss within an hour and I was on the road an hour later. Excellent communication, polite staff and clean, efficient work. What more could you ask?

Painless service, just don't rely on the quote too much

Pretty painless process for booking a replacement windscreen and very good availability in terms of the wait for fitting. Also one of the few who will give you a quote without having to surrender all your personal information just to get an email/phone call. Be advised the quote you get might not actually be what you have to pay though as they will come back with another price after booking if they find something else you need (you can't state much when requesting the quote) so don't necessarily take that price as gospel even though the site suggests they've already checked this before quoting. The contractor who came out was excellent. On time, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and almost to the minute of how long he said it would take. Kept us updated along the way with progress etc. and left no trace he'd been there (apart from a shiny new screen of course!). Definite 5/5 for the "boots on the ground" so to speak.
