The Mazda Premacy was produced from 2000 to 2004 as a compact multi-purpose vehicle, known for its practical interior and reliable engineering. All models in this generation came with a laminated windscreen carrying a green tint — a standard feature across the Mazda range of that era.
Some variants also feature a green sun strip, a tinted gradient band at the top of the windscreen designed to reduce glare from above. Since sun strips are built into the laminate during manufacture, replacement glass must match the original spec — either with or without the strip — to ensure proper fit and appearance.
Being a pre-ADAS model, the Premacy does not require camera calibration after windscreen replacement, which keeps the fitting process straightforward and mobile-friendly.
