Excellent service

Easy to book an appointment on their website. Richard who came out to fit the replacement windscreen had the wrong part but he made sure that the correct replacement was sourced and within a couple of days was back to refit. When things don't go to plan how a company responds shows their quality and UK Car Glass were excellent!

Went 'over and above'

Fitter arrived on time - I'd helped out by already stripping the door out which saved time - he also went 'above and beyond', the slider clip for the glass broke whilst he was fitting the new one due to 'old age' (the plastic had hardened up), so he went all the way to Liverpool to pick up a replacement and didn't charge a penny for it as, despite the fact the clip failed due to age not his carelessness, he said it was 'his fault'. Respect!!

Really good service

Really good service - a little delayed as my windscreen was hard to get hold of, but much faster than competitors. On the day Richard and Luke were great and I have a new windscreen :-) Very happy and would use again.

Good fitting of the window... But poor service dates as they said that they will be fitting the window on Friday 14th May then the date kept being put on till today 19th May
