The Citroën Xsara was in continuous production from 1997 to 2006, serving as a practical compact hatchback and estate across European markets. Early models feature straightforward laminated windscreens with VIN notches stamped along the lower edge.
From the early 2000s onwards, Xsara variants began incorporating optional features including green-tinted glass, solar-control coatings to reduce cabin heat, and rain sensors that trigger automatic wiper activation. Some higher-trim versions also received acoustic laminated glass for additional noise reduction.
Being pre-ADAS, no Xsara windscreen carries a front camera or bracket, so replacement is straightforward without requiring post-fit calibration.
