UK Car Glass is a nationwide windscreen replacement booking service, founded in 2019 to make vehicle glass replacement simpler, fairer and more transparent for UK drivers.

We're not a local shop with a fleet of vans. We're a booking service that connects drivers across the UK with vetted mobile windscreen technicians in their area. We handle the parts sourcing, stock confirmation, insurance paperwork and booking — and our technician network handles the fitting at your home, workplace or a nearby workshop.

How we work

When you request a quote, we match your vehicle to the right glass specification, check availability with our suppliers, and dispatch a qualified technician from our network. Most bookings are completed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on glass availability and whether ADAS recalibration is required.

For insurance claims, we route your booking through a technician partner who is approved to bill directly with over 72 UK insurance companies — so you don't need to pay upfront and claim the money back.

We cover most of the UK, with the exception of the Scottish Highlands and islands, far western Wales, and a small number of other remote areas where we don't currently have a reliable local partner.

Every booking is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty, valid anywhere in the UK through our technician network. Our technicians are IMI-certified and work to OEM standards using manufacturer-approved glass.
