The Peugeot 306 was a compact car from France that debuted in 1993 to replace the nine-year-old 309 model. It was built off the same platform as the Citroen ZX and featured a range of body styles, such as a sporty three-door and a convertible. Its design was tailored to provide an affordable ride for everyday tasks, coming equipped with efficient engines and enough room for up to five passengers.
However, its trunk space was limited, prompting Peugeot to launch a station wagon version. The facelifted edition of the 306 had a revised front-end featuring rounded headlights and a more aggressive look that mirrored that of the successful Peugeot 406.
